Radarr does not currently support having files in the root level. That may be added in the future but isn't guaranteed. Bulk Import does not do file renaming and moving so isn't going to work wth your setup. Your better option is to use manual import and let radarr organize and rename the files properly.

As-Hoc imports should use Manual Import from the movie index. Why are you downloading items outside of radarr, outside of radarr's download client category, and unable to use manual import that requires you to perform unsupported or unneeded actions? Radarr/Sonarr use the download client's API to find out where that is and import from that temporary-ish location into the final location. So make sure everything is setup that way.
